I remember the day everything fell apart. I had just started my business, my engagement ended, and then — I found a lump in my breast.我记得最低谷的那个时期。我刚刚创办的公司，同个时候被退婚，然后，我发现了胸部有肿块。

Fear, loss and uncertainty, all at the same time. I couldn't “positive-think” my way through it.恐惧、失落、不确定，同时发生。我没有办法用“积极思考”去熬过。

But that season taught me something no strategy ever could — That real power isn't in fighting harder. It's in finding stillness within the storm. That's what led me to NLP. I got up again. And it became my mission to help others do the same.但那个时期教会了我一些理论上无法教会的东西，真正的力量不在于更努力地拼命。而在于在风暴中找到平静。这就是我走向NLP的原因。我重新站了起来。这成为了我帮助他人做同样事情的使命。

Today, I've trained over 5,000 entrepreneurs and leaders across Malaysia, Singapore, China, New Zealand & Australia — helping them find calm within chaos, confidence within doubt, and purpose within pain.如今，我已在马来西亚、新加坡、中国、新西兰和澳大利亚培训了5000多名企业家和领导者，帮助他们在混乱中找到平静，在怀疑中找到信心，在痛苦中找到目的。
